Berry Head
The ruins of the old forts, the modern lighthouse, the views and tea rooms are a must at Berry Head. A short walk through the woods also takes you to Berry Head Hotel with its fantastic views from Brixham accross the bay to Torquay and far along the Devon coastline.
Shoalstone Pool
Shoalstone Pool is an outdoor 53 metre sea water swimming Pool situated in a stunning position on Brixham sea front. The Pool is one of only a few left in the country displaying Art Deco features and is a real pleasure to visit. This is a free to use pool, with lifeguards open May to September and is well worth a donation to the charity that maintain the upkeep of the pool for all to use.
Brixham Harbour
Brixham Harbour is a traditional working harbour with a great atmosphere. There's plenty to see and do for all ages. There are a good selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes, and traditional seafood stalls selling crab, shrimp, cockles etc,. The highlight of the harbour is of course the splendid replica of the Golden Hind.
